PRIVACY POLICY: LYS places a high priority on protecting your privacy. Our firm commitment to the privacy of our a website users means that those who register on www.louisianayouthseminar.org and individuals that sign up to participate in the seminar receive voluntarily provide us with contact information (such as name and e-mail address). We may use this information for specific, limited purposes. You may always "opt out," either now or at any time in the future, if you do not wish to receive our messages.
TERMS OF SERVICE: Payments on the LYS website are processed on secure sites through our payment processor. If you have issues please contact our support team.
REFUND POLICY: Registration can be refunded based on the terms set forth in the annual registration materials. Deposits for a student’s registration can be refunded via check or back to the credit card paid if a student is unable to attend the seminar.
FULFILLMENT POLICY: All physical objects related to the LYS store are fulfilled through a third-party service provider. Our volunteer team can connect you with the service provider if fulfillment issues are to arise. There is no physical good associated with a monetary donation or student registration.
